9. Click Restart and F5 for Safe Mode with Networking.

Windows Vista/7:

1. Restart your computer.
2. Wait for the BIOS screen to go away.
3. Tap F8 repeatedly.
4. Advanced Boot Options will appear.

6. Press Enter.

8. Install and run it.
9. Delete the ransomware.

Windows XP:

1. Restart your computer.
2. When the BIOS screen disappears, tap F8 repeatedly.
3. In Advanced Boot Options, select Safe Mode with Networking.
4. Press Enter and YES on the dialogue box.
5. Click Start menu and launch RUN.
6. Type msconfig into the box that will appear.
7. Select the Startup tab.
8. Click Disable All and then OK.
