Do not believe in these messages. Also, do not believe in the results shown after the scan of your system. They are not accurate, and they do not give you a real idea about the state of your system. When ProtectSoldier enters your system, it creates many infected files in the C:\Windows and C:\Windows\System32 directories. After that, these files are reported as infections.
