The message goes on to tell you that you can try and recover a small file for free, just so you would be convinced that these crooks can actually issue the decryption key. How to Remove Blend Ransomware

1. Remove the Info.hta file from Desktop.
2. Press Win+R and type %HOMEDRIVE%. Delete the Info.hta file.
3. Remove the latest files from the Downloads folder.
4. Press Win+R and type regedit. Press OK.
5. Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
