NRA Toolbar might appear on your Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox browsers if you download it from the internet. As it is an old product, it is not likely that you will be able to download it from its official website. Actually, there is a tendency that programs downloaded from unreliable sources cause many security-related programs; thus, we do not recommend keeping it on your system. What is more, NRA Toolbar is going to change your default homepage and search engine the moment it gets on your system. Unfortunately, you will not be able to do anything in order to prevent this from happening. The only way to restore the changes is to erase NRA Toolbar itself.
If you have installed NRA Toolbar on your system, do not be surprised if you see an application that shows you the latest weather forecast. This application is called WeatherBug. It is very probable that you have not even noticed how it entered the system because it tends to be installed together with NRA Toolbar. Of course, you can avoid such programs in the future. You just have to select Custom installation every time and then you will be able to select which programs to install and which to leave behind. However, there are many applications that tend to be installed silently and you will not find any note in the setup wizard.
Our specialists recommend using the search engine that will be set as your default one very carefully. Actually, it would be even best to ignore it. It is because you will see various sponsored links together with search results; it means that you might get inaccurate information. Besides, you might be taken to unknown websites after clicking on them. These websites, unfortunately, might contain malicious elements that might infect your system.
If you notice a program whose name is NRA-ILA Toolbar or FreeCause Toolbar, you should know that it is the same NRA Toolbar. We recommend removing it using our manual removal instructions or you can launch an antimalware tool like SpyHunter and then scan your system with it. If you choose to delete NRA Toolbar manually, do not forget to scan your system with a reliable scanner after the removal process. It will help you to find out if there are no other threats on your system.
