There are hundreds of different browser extensions which promise to provide you with reliable saving deals when shopping online. Savings Slider is one of these attractive programs, and you can download it from savings-slider.com. The application supposedly can help you redeem virtual offers and produce online coupons whenever you browse online shopping sites, such as eBay or Amazon. The developer of the application is 215 Apps and the publisher is Innovative Apps. These two companies stand behind such infamous products as Vidsaver, Deal Spy Coupons, Savings Explorer and many others. It is strongly advised that you delete any of these browser add-ons from your operating Windows system. The main reason behind this is the suspicious relations between the developers of the program and third parties, which raises suspicion and encourages Savings Slider removal.

A few excerpts from the Privacy Policy found at savings-slider.com:

We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with the Site. For example, like many websites, we use "cookies" […]

We work with third-party websites, advertisers, and Internet advertising companies working on their behalf […] They may also use cookies, JavaScript, web beacons

It is true that many respectable companies use web cookies to track information about the users of their browser add-ons and websites. Some of these companies employ reliable security protocols to guard the collected information, whilst others openly admit leaking it to third party members, or allowing potentially risky activities. The Privacy Policy of Savings Slider disclaims that any online ads and offers presented by the extension may apply different privacy policies, which potentially could endanger your virtual security. Needless to say, you should remove Savings Slider instead of taking any risks.

To delete Savings Slider all you have to do is remove the unwanted program from the computer. Once this is done the suspicious browser extension will be removed from IE, Firefox and Chrome browsers as well. The manual removal steps (see below) are quite simple; however, if you do not feel comfortable about the task, you can also employ automatic adware removal software. Note: if you choose to proceed manually – make sure to scan your PC with a reliable spyware scanner afterwards. This will help you ensure secure Windows running.
