Ustart.org is a website which functions as a search engine which you can customize according to your interests. When you open the website, a welcome window will appear. You will find 13 different categories which you can choose in order to receive the latest news regarding your selections. For example, you can choose from video games, economy, movies, computers, sports, Google drive and some other options. After you select preferred options and click the Create my page! button, new tiles leading to various websites are displays. However, some unwanted tiles may be presented as well.

Internet Explorer

1. Press Alt+T.
2. Click Internet Options.
3. Under the General tab, change the home page and click Apply.
4. In the Search section, click Settings.
5. Set a new search provider and remove uStart.
6. To check whether the extension is present, click Toolbars and Extensions and remove uStart if it is present.

Mozilla Firefox

1. Press Ctrl+Shift+A.
2. In the Extensions section, remove uStart if it is present.
3. Open the drop-down menu next to the search box of the browser and click Manage search engines.
4. Set a new one if necessary.
5. Press Alt+T.
6. Click Options and change the home page under the General tab and click OK.

Google Chrome

1. Press Alt+T.
2. Point to Tools - > Extensions.
3. Remove the unwanted add-on.
4. Click Settings.
5. In the On startup section, click Set pages and type a new URL.
6. In the Search section, click Manage search engine and type or select a new URL.
